Order Policy
At Macaron, each order is custom-made according to the specifications and visuals approved by each of our customers. As soon as we receive your approval, your order will be immediately sent to production to provide you with efficient service! For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not possible.
Exceptions related to a defect or incident:

Product defective upon receipt
o The customer must report the defect in writing, with supporting photos, within 48 hours of receipt.
o Each case is evaluated individually.

Lost, damaged, or late delivery package
o We will process the claim with the carrier.
o If the claim is accepted, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
