Product Use
Our products must be used in a logical and safe manner. In case of bad weather, strong winds, or any conditions that may damage the material, it is strongly discouraged to use these items.

Final Proof Approved by the Customer
Unless there is damage upon receipt or a discrepancy between the final proof approved by the client and the material received, Macaron disclaims all responsibility for any discrepancies observed upon receipt.

For all products, Macaron requires its clients to approve a final proof before production. In the case of socks, Macaron also requests approval of a photo of the first printed sock to confirm that the result meets the client’s expectations. Once final approval is given, Macaron cannot be held responsible for errors in spelling, coloring, Pantone code, or font if these errors were present on the final proof approved by the client (and/or on the photo of the first printed sock in the case of socks). The client assumes full responsibility for the result once approved.
