⚠️ Important, regardless of the payment method and at all times: please indicate the document number you wish to pay or send a detailed payment notice to payables@macaron.ca.

1. INTERAC E-TRANSFER (available at all times)

To receive the security question and answer for making an Interac e-Transfer, contact us by phone at 514-316-6656 or by email at payables@macaron.ca.

2. DIRECT DEPOSIT (available at all times)

To receive our banking information for a direct deposit, please contact us by phone at 514-316-6656 or by email at payables@macaron.ca.

3. CREDIT CARD (available only if previously requested)

Payment by credit card (with administrative fees) is available only if this payment method was previously requested, set up in your customer account, and if the administrative fees are already included on the document attached to this email.

Therefore:

• If the administrative fee appears on the document you want to pay, please contact payables@macaron.ca to receive your secure credit card payment link.
• If the credit card administrative fee does not appear on the document you want to pay, this payment method cannot be used for this order. You must select one of the other three options. To enable this payment method for future orders, please contact payables@macaron.ca to make a request.
